Join us on 8th September to celebrate Isha Hatha Yoga Fest in Boxtel. This is a great opportunity to have a taste of Isha Hatha Yoga.
Introduce your family and friends today for a better health and wellbeing. We have three modules on this day: Yoga for Inner Balance, Yoga for Spinal Health and Yoga for Fitness. Each of the program lasts 2 hours and costs only EUR 15.-.
10:00 - 12:00: Yoga for Inner Balance
- Balances the physical, mental and energy system
- Brings sense of inner peace
All proceeds from these programs will be donated to Isha Vidya – a non-profit education initiative, to support children’s education in the rural villages across southern state of Tamil Nadu, India.
